## Parent Checklist

* [ ] Complete all WCHS [Final Forms](https://westcarrollton-oh.finalforms.com/).
* [ ] Log in or create an account at [www.firstinspires.org](https://www.firstinspires.org/)
  * [ ] **Register/Re-register your student** on our team (FRC 6032)
  * [ ] Accept the online **Consent & Release** form (look for "Youth Options").  \
    \&#xNAN;*(if you'd like directions for both of the items above,* [*click here*](https://www.firstinspires.org/resource-library/youth-registration-system)*)*
* [ ] Sign and return the **Handbook Acknowledgement Form** and the **Safety Form.**
